Very disappointed with the HRII service after having no issues for the last several years. I called to find out a general idea of when they would service my area for the spring. I was told they do not know what "area" of Hampton Roads would be serviced until the day prior,. If you have a restrictive schedule/obligations then expect issues on your end unless you get the highest maintenance plan. Understandable the basic maintenance plan does not allow a "scheduled" appointment; however, how does a company not have the ability to generally gauge what city they may be servicing days out. I did not need a firm day but giving me a 1-3 week window before being contacted is unsatisfactory. They do not even have a general idea of what "area" they will be servicing a week out to allow those customers an opportunity to de-conflict their own respective obligations. If the day prior you are unable to meet their "area" schedule then I was told you had to wait until the next time they have enough bookings for your area. It could be another couple of weeks before they revisit your area. Something to consider as a customer.
