My experience was unsatisfactory in my opinion. They were contracted by my home owners insurance to replace floors damaged by a water leak. We ordered new floors (laminate for all rooms except laundry room and bathrooms, which were ceramic tile). The first issue was info given concerning how the demolition of the old floors (carpet) would take place. They told us to leave large furniture and move smaller pieces. Move everything else waist high or put on the larger furniture and the installer would take care of everything else. Then they told the installer that there was no furniture in the house. When the installer arrived to find that there was furniture and other items to be moved, he was not able to start the work on the laminate floor; they had to come back two days later to allow us time to clear the floors. The next issue was the tiling. The tile had to be ordered and took about TWO WEEKS to come in! When it finally came, the date that we were given for install was pushed back two days because the installation crew was backed up on another job. When the new install date came, the crew did not show up so they had to get another crew from another job-site to stop what they were doing to come start our installation, which pushed the start time from 9am to about 2pm! To make matters worse, the install was to take 2 days but the second day the install crew had traffic issues and a tire blow out, so they were not able to come; which left us with no toilets over a weekend because the tile work was not completed in the bathrooms. They returned on the next day, which was now Monday, WITHOUT CALLING TO ADVISE US, (luckily our son and daughter were home that day) to complete the work. As I'm writing this the laundry room area is still not complete - tile baseboard not all in - because they ran out of the tile baseboard on that Monday when they came to complete the job. They did not tell us this - guess the install crew did not report back in to them. They called to see how the work went and we had to tell them that it was incomplete!! I'm sorry, but were it not for the insurance program that required us to use them, they would have been fired when the tile took that long to come in after ordering. I certainly will not use them again and will not recommend them to anyone!
