Ordered a phi beta kappa cord to be delivered to an incorrect address and called hand and hammer to change the address. Not only did they not correct the mistake before shipping, but they made the same mistake when I ordered a second cord a week later to the correct address. Terrible service and am so disappointed I didn't not receive my cord in time for graduation.
