Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa

I feel as a customer they are not understanding at all. I had a last minute emergency issue where my car broke down and they were not willing to give me a break and reschedule. I was told I would still be charged. Another strike was when I scheduled an appointment I showed up and they had be booked for another date. I know I would have never booked on that date it was scheduled because I had a big gala event. From a customer service side this place has not been a relaxing experience. It’s been nothing but a stressful hassle. Do not go here!

My family just moved to the area and after seeing that there was a Hand and Stone nearby, I started telling my husband how wonderful it would be to get a massage every once in a while as something to help relieve my constant pain and stress. Their membership offerings make monthly massages affordable so we decided this would be my Christmas gift that gets spread out over the year. The front desk staff are super nice, and the masseuses are too, and they are well trained to help you relax and ease your aches and pains. The location is great, next to multiple restaurants and stores so I can do some shopping and eat while I'm having my few hours to myself. I'm so glad that this is only a few minutes away from where I live, it truly is my monthly oasis!
