The people are nice and well mannered for the most part but this restaurant consistently has poor customer service. For years, the same problems have persisted with missing items, drive thru handling, and very long wait times for food. Employees act like waiting 30 minutes for food is not unusual (because it isn't at this Hardees) and never once have they offered compensation. New management that cares about customer experience is needed.
The staff makes it a point to treat veterans with respect.. And they hire special needs staff . Makes the extra wait at times, SO WORTH IT. Well done!
