Good Salesperson. But Sales Manager? offered too low for trade - in. Almost funny the amount given and didn't try to work any deals. We went to Wright Way Hyundai (Staunton) and got the same car that (Harrisonburg Hyundai) turned us down for. plus! A realistic trade in amount.
I bought a used F-150 from them back in 2007 for the sole purpose of towing a travel trailer around the country for work. I was to,d it had a tow package, including a brake controller. Upon test driving and looking at the vehicle, I asked where the brake controller was. He pointed to this thing glued to the dash. I questioned it repeatedly, stating that it didn't look like any brake controller I have ever seen. It just had an on/off button and wasn't even wired to anything. He swore up and down it was a new, self-adjusting brake controller. I bought the truck, hooked up my trailer, and headed west over the Appalachians and the Rocky Mountains. Soon I started having problems with my truck brakes and rotors. Turned out, that wasn't a brake controller at all (10 years later still haven't figured out what it is), and I completely destroyed my trucks brakes and rotors towing that trailer over the mountain with my brake controller. The salesman was so hellbent on making a sale, he lied about the towing package and could have caused my death if I hadn't been able to stop that trailer when going down those mountains. It was a$1000 repair for my truck, thanks to his lies.
