Courteous, polite, professional. Clearly loves what she does and it reflects in her work. Went in originally to get ear moldings done for CIEMs, but the right ear impression got damaged in the mail. She took impressions again on the damaged ear for free, and the visit was quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
