The place is horrid nothing gets fixed. It too them 5 days to fix hot water heater. Took a week to fix sink. Windows was nailed shut and panes cracked that never got fixed. The outside looks horrible the shutters are all crooked or missing paints cracked steps have loose bricks the inside halls are never clean the laundry Matt is sick looking and machines reek when they do work the parking lot is full of holes and no parking spot lines they took out air filter and still haven't replaced it. Avoid this place Sam koogler just wants money
