I took 2 of my friends into the store that had never been there. We found lots if great items. The staff upon check out were lifeless! There were 5 people in line and the 2nd employee was at the register area stocking phone covers....really? Finally he decided to open his register......also zero communication skills. Disappointing to have fun with finding things and checking out with with an employee that can barely look at you, much less smile. It wasn't like it was the end of the day and the store was packed. I feel like their attitude comes from the top down.
