Holiday Inn Express Harrisonburg

This was our second stay and what a difference 11months makes.Indoor pool was not warm as before and the spa was filthy after being used by contractors who did not have enough courtesy to take a shower first. There was an oil scum around the edges and a yellow color to the water. The manager made a small compensation to us for the inconvenience since the pool and spa were the reasons we stay here.Someone should check the spa periodically as water quality can change quickly. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Shower was great with high water pressure! The secret to keeping shower curtain from blowing every where is to put both pieces inside tub. . Upon our arrival after driving several long hours, there were no carts. Had to wait...only 2. Definitely would not come back to this Holiday Inn.
