I called this branch to schedule a Termite inspection on a listing in Chantilly on Oct 10 and inspection was for Oct 23. On the day of inspection, I called for the report and was told it would take 3 days. I asked the office to make sure it was completed and they confirmed it was. I never received the report on Oct 27th, 3 days later. I called on Oct 31 to check status and was told I would get a call back. I got a call from the tech, Pablito, saying he could never get in to the home and that he was 5 minutes away. I'm not sure why he could never get in and why he never informed me or his office. However, after talking with his manager, John, I was able to get the inspection done. Poor communication, bad excuses and unreliable.
