I've been coming to this place for 5 past years including with four of my family members. About two months ago(feb 2016) I came back to this place to do my tax again I asked how much would it be to do my tax usually they will tell you right in front it is $40 because it is single and just simple tax return. After talking with the guy name RAJESH he seemed so in a rush to finish because he had another client waiting when Im done after he finised my tax return I ended up owing money to VA and federal tax which is fine. But I was asking why and how did that happend and I get NO explaination and was told that I have to pay $189 for his service and asked me if i want protection plan additional $40? His service is really unacceptable and can barely explain things to me as a customer of HR block. So I decided to do it my self and did it online through turbo tax and will never go back to HR block again.
