H&R Block

Me and my wife got married right before the end of the year so we decided to go with a company to do are taxes this year instead of doing them online like we usually do. We went in the last was nice a little hard to understand though. We sat there did are taxes paid there fee which is also higher than doing them online but we said oh well we want to Make sure we're doing them right. So we finished up and the lady said up to 21 days and we should have a money. Which would of been the 28th of Feb. We needed are tax money for something very important. And filling online usually we get are money back between a week and a week and a half so we weren't worried. It is now almost a month and we still have not received any money or any idea of when we're going to get it. My wife called the lady at h&r block and the lady said it's probably the irs which again does not make sense seeing as we get are money back fast when we do it online. We will never go back to H&R block ever again. We needed are money and they failed to get us are return in a timely manner.
