I owned the first hybrid battery that Mr. Anderton and Ross ever worked on when they opened the Hybrid Shop, and the experience could not have gone better. Because I was the first, they were still fine tuning some of the procedures and when my battery had some issues shortly after refurbishing they brought it back in and did the new procedure on it and it has worked great ever since.
Not only was the customer service great, but I just love their enthusiasm for the technology and for "green" products in general. If they can fix my 2003 Honda Hybrid with almost 200k on it they can certainly fix yours!
