DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!...I used Barbara W. for the past few years. On my last trip abroad she completely messed up my plans and cost me thousands of dollars. Barbara took absolutely no responsibility even though she had my passport for verification. She shifted blame on me and did nothing to help. JUST TERRIBLE!!!
