The place has no front door. You can only access it via garage elevator which is problematic at best in its operation. It has a history of getting stuck. Or you can climb the outside stairs. If you are coming during the winter, be sure to wear gloves or your hands will get frozen stuck to the metal hand railings. And year round, if women are wearing heels, you will get stuck on the ant-slip floor guards that have been installed. Although ADA doors have recently been installed, the thresholds remain a challenge for wheel chairs or walkers. And there is no convenient public transportation available. No subway stop is walking distance. Bus, taxi, Uber, Lyft or walking a couple of miles are your options. Although the center boasts pick up and drop off, it is sporadic at best. A true shame and an embarrassment to the Umah and Ismaili Community. If and when you get through these hurdles, you might make in time for prayers.
