Up to this point we were pleased going here. However after our last visit on 1/7/2018 this has changed. I had a very expensive suit and shirt dry cleaned there, and upon bringing them home I found that my shirt had two tears in it near the collar that looked like the shirt had gotten caught on something and torn. When we brought the shirt back to them to ask for money for a replacement or to see if they could repair it we were met with denials and accusations. They claimed that it was a different shirt, that we had ripped it on purpose, or that it must have been our fault. I understand that accidents happen, I was not looking to ruin anyone, I just wanted a replacement shirt or at least part of the cost of the shirt. Their lack of willingness to even hear me out on the issue shows a severe lack of customer service and professionalism. Get your clothes cleaned here at your own risk.
