DON'T EVER STEP INTO THIS SHOP!
I had a GroupOn coupon for break service here, and I took off work early for the scheduled service. I sat in the lobby waiting for the service to be done. The shop over-booked itself and the work took 3 TIMES longer than they quoted me. And when I told the manager she first tried arguing that they they only took my car an hour later than they'd planned... they actually didn't even look at my car until 1hr 45 min after my appointment. She stuck to that story until her employee corrected her.
She said that regardless of this she was sorry, but since I got a GroupOn discount I should be happy to have gotten the service for that price, regardless of how long I had to wait.
Horrible customer service. Avoid this shop at all costs!
