We picked Jennifer to be our agent when we sold our home based on the good reviews we read online about her. Our experience was less than satisfactory. She is more interested in selling your house quickly and getting her commission instead of working in the best interest of her customers. Took about 4 months to sell our home and almost all of her suggestions and advice to upgrade our home or fix things here and there to make the house attractive for buyers ended up costing us a lot of money with little to no return.
I would not advice Jennifer as a seller's agent.
