O stars if I could. Ordered a delivery at 11:51 am and at 2 pm no food. Called office and was hung up on. Spoke with driver 3 times, once as they sat in front of our office. Unbelievable service. I understand people can get lost (although no other vendor has as we order every day), but to be hung up on while trying to assist with the issue is crazy. How do they stay in business? 1-22-18 An update to this saga: I received a call from Jerry's corporate office. They expressed their regret that our office staff had this experience and assured me that the CEO would be contacting the franchisee to discuss our situation so it would not happen again. Glad to hear that they took this issue serious. Most of the time, all you get is words and little to no action. To top it off, they send my office vouchers worth twice the cost of our order! This was beyond our expectations. Good job Jerry to turn a really poor effort into a success. That is how they stay in business! I would change this review to a higher star rating if I knew how.
