Jiffy Lube

Really friendly and knowledgeable mechanics here who will go out of their way to make their customer's happy. I got there 5 minutes before closing and they had no problem doing my oil change. My car interior got a bit greasy in the process, but nothing a little cleanup couldn't fix.

I had my oil changed this morning and then left for my OBX vacation. At the toll booth my car sounded terrible. Made it to the Napa right across the state line to find I had no oil. The tech here confirmed that Jiffy Lube did not put the o-ring on the filter causing all of the oil to leak out. I'm just hoping no permanent damage is done!
