I am a VERY regular Jimmy John's customer at the Ward's Road location and it blows my mind how they've ever gotten a single poor review. Not only is their customer service exceptional (the owner knows my order down to the "t" and has it already going before I get a chance to order) but the subs are phenomenal. In additions, the owner is a local who gives back to the community and helps invest in important causes such as the neglected children of this community. I'm proud to support an AWESOME local business with great food and exceptional customer service.
