Terrible customer service. We recently went to Jobe for flowers for a funeral. We were treated SO rudely (as if we were bothering the staff) that we left and took our business elsewhere. I have dealt with them before and had the same problem but because they are local and close in proximity thought we would try to order from them again and thought perhaps the previous experience was just a fluke. Apparently they are just rude as a general rule. Perhaps they should start being kind and at least polite to their customers or they will see a lot more money walk out their door. I will NEVER give them my business again.
