Very thorough. Relaxing. Transparent. Very informative & educational. Extremely customer service oriented and just simply nice! -- Dr. Cavallo took his time to thoroughly explain the implant procedure to me. As a result, he gave me the confidence, ease, and trust in his abilities to do the procedure that is quite nerve-racking to me. Not to mention, the whole staff who was on point and professional. Everyone was incredibly sweet to my little girl who accompanied me during my visit (twice). That speaks volumes to the patience, professionalism, selflessness, and caring from the Cavallo family. I greatly appreciate all of you!
