William was very knowledgeable about their products and I felt very comfortable working with he and Kemper Carpet. The installers arrived right on time. The work was done in a timely fashion. They even made sure the floors were cleaned when they were done. I would definitely recommend people use Kemper Carpet/Piedmont Flooring.
