I wanted to stay away from bigger companies which don't care as much about their clients, at least not as personally. And I'm happy I did. His first reaction was to ask me to describe the problem in details so that he could help me over the phone, and hopefully help me resolve the problem on my own. He didn't want to waste my time or my money. He had some great advice and told me to call him back if the problem persisted. I sure will if I need to.
