Buying online was a frustrating and loosing experience. After I bought two items online, the price went down and when I called the customer service I was told the price will be matched and I would also receive the online promotion. What actually I received was $20.00 less than i expected and the customer service's confusing rationale I could not fathom. I could have gotten the items cheaper from their shop in Leesburg VA but since I was given the impression that I was going to get those promised discounts, I did not cancel the order, and therefore I lost money.
