It was good 2 years ago but the service started getting poor and this year I decided to change the practice. They canceled appointments on my son two times the same day just an hour before the appointment very unprofessional with the excuse that they have to many patients... like they gave preference to other people over my son with so little time in advance and they refused to reschedule the same day later or even the same week, also no apology for this, the person who called me was very rude saying we are full its spring break like do I have to understand that? when I made the appointment a MONTH BEFORE They also refused to give me the name of the manager or the name of the person who call me. This was for the Falls Church location (Arlington blv)
