He knows my daughters by name and remembers their medical history; he will take calls and follows up; he cares for the children and has a great relationship with them and he is not quick to just give medicine for every issue. Yes, there has been turnaround in his staff and sometimes the front desk help needs a little more training in customer service but HE IS AN EXCELLENT doctor!!! One practice wanted to put my daughter on Zantax 7# and we went to him for a second opinion, by asking just a few questions we helped us resolve her issue almost immediately without any meds, just a change in the temperature in our home and diet.
