If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went to this dealership today with genuine intentions of purchasing a vehicle. While Audi and Volvo were also on our list, we wanted to give Land Rover consideration because of the support the company gives to equestrian sports, in which we are actively engaged in. I am left dumbfounded however with the poor customer service we received from the sales staff. We had an idea from the website of a vehicle we wanted to see, but are fairly unfamiliar and were open to other options. We waited over thirty minutes and were eventually told the vehicle was blocked in and would be "4 more minutes." In this time they didn't offer to show us other vehicles or discuss options in any way with us. We were essentially ignored and told to look around the lot while we waited. After another ten minutes went by my husband finally went in to tell the sales person we couldn't wait anymore and he simply said "ok" and we left. Not even a hint of an apology. So, we ended up going to Audi and Volvo where we were treated with stellar service and are deciding between two vehicles at these respective dealerships.
