I lived at Lee's Landing and loved it. We had community where neighbors knew each other and management that really cared about residents. My community was broken up abruptly with new ownership. If you think that things like who the property owners and maintenance dept managing your home are small concerns, be warned. With the change in ownership, tenants were treated like obstacles to a goal of financial gain for owners and not consumers. Don't rest on your laurels if you have a nice place there because when owners don't care, your day-to-day life will be negativley impacted at some point.
