Lili Nails & Spa

So I was hesitant to go since the staff was not so friendly the last time I was there which was a year ago. I saw that management had changed so I thought I’d give it a shot. I was wrong! I went in to get a pedicure. The brain technician was extremely rough, cut my nails down extremely low, and then proceeded to file.....problem is that I barely had any nail so she was filing my skin. I jerked my foot back a couple of times but she didn’t seem to get the hint. I woke up this morning with the top of one of my toes infected where she filed the skin. Worst experience of my life!!!!!!

I’ve been going to LiLi for two years and LOVE ViVi! My gel nails last three weeks, then are grown out and I need them changed. She is so sweet, trims cuticles minimally so there’s no damage and takes her time. The new manager came a few months ago and really cleaned everything thoroughly and replaced some chairs, etc. Definitely try LiLi!!!
