Little Saigon Restaurant, opening under new management and ownership, is a vastly different and beautiful Vietnamese eatery with a revamped menu. All the dishes we tried were tasty with fresh ingredients and inventive touches (e.g., julienned green mango and carrots instead of the traditional pickled daikon and carrots). Service was excellent for a restaurant still going through its soft opening phase. Chef Minh and her co-owner/spouse Quoc go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. We will definitely be back!
