Like others I've had less than ideal service here in the past. I'm hoping that the new management is responsible for the amazing service I got on my pedi/wax this morning. I've had similar services before which used to cost in the $75-125 depending. Today I walked out happy paying $186. I knew it was done right and she spent a lot more time making sure that I was ok than in the past. Process previously was 45 min - 1 hour. Today was closer to 2 hours. And yes, expect to pay more if the service takes any longer than a normal one is scheduled for. We pay for their time and expertise. And I'm hoping for less 'after effects' from this wax since it was done so well today. Keep it up Love Nails, and make sure I always get an appointment! Oh and I need to get that technicians name.
