Worst store EVER! If I could have given a 1/2 star, I would have. Biggest problem is false advertising. Lowe's encourages the consumer to order online. Think you can go pick your order at the store? No way! Even though the order is paid online they don't order it until it is in their system which then takes another 10-12 days to come. I ordered two light fixtures. It took the order at Chester Lowe's two weeks for it (meaning one not two!!) it to come in. I was then told the second could not be found in the warehouse. The online order status shows the order complete. Trying to talk to Customer Service is a joke. No one took responsibly for the problem, didn't offer to expedite (it was paid in full) or work out any type of solution or apologize. I have received approximately 50% of my order. Items ordered were for two bathrooms. We are in the process of selling our home. Guess what I can't do now? Can't sell a house with two bathrooms that don't have lights, vanities and other fixtures. I've learned my lesson. Last time I buy from Lowe's.
