Worst phone customer service and etiquette all around in this store and in the main 1-800 # for "customer care". I was left a voicemail yesterday and today for different reasons, both times the people didn't leave their respective names. After being able to talk yesterday and apparently resolve that we were picking up the item 25 miles away from us instead of 5 as scheduled, the call today was to cancel the order as the product is not available, funny enough still show as available online still after all this!! I was transferred to 7-9 different people within 10 minutes!! And not able to speak with a manager, it does look like it has one! Then customer service call was 21 minutes on hold and left that she couldn't call the store because it's a 24 hour policy!! But she understands my frustration! Imagine if she didn't!! They will not take my money!! Awful service!!
