We had Lowe’s remodel our bath after another company started and never finished. Lowe’s requires 100% payment up front. Then we had to wait many weeks before they even started. Josh was very professional and particular, which we like.
Once completed early November 2017, we took a shower and the water stands and we shower with our feet covered with water. I used a level and the shower floor does not slope till just before the drain. Lowe’s guarantee says they guarantee it’s right. One year on workmanship and life on product. But it’s February 16th, more than 3 months since we spoke to Lacy about the issue.
Today I spoke to Ms Amos, the coordinator who said no one even let her know there was a problem. Lacy made no notes either.
The reordered product was delivered to Lowe’s last week 2/10/18. I asked Lacy about it over and over and she said it wasn’t there. Then Tuesday this week I pressed her about it and she said it was delivered last week. I asked when it would be installed (we lost an entire week since delivery) but as of yet no date.
It appears that once Lowe’s gets paid upfront they are in no hurry to install or reinstall.
I’ve had to continue asking Lacy when it will be fixed, what will be done and what’s taking so long. We’ve been so patient but after this long I’m ready to get all our money back and have someone else make this right if it isn’t done prior to 2/22/18.
Just beware of a company who expects all funds up front. When we asked about it we were told they do that in case we run out of money. Really? I feel like Lowe’s feels we are just dumb to give us that explanation.
