Specifically called before bringing items to return because I didn’t have a receipt as they were gifts for Christmas. CSR informed me that I could, in fact, return items to receive “merchandise credit” I would just need to show proper ID. After loading items, driving to the store, waiting through the return process, I was informed that none of my items could be returned at all because a receipt was required. Totally contradictory to what I was told on the phone minutes before.
