Manassas Chevrolet Service

So let me start by saying that if there is an example of thieves and crooks in Manassas, thats at Manassas Chevrolet. Previously it was named Dudley Martin of Mananas and now some other guy bought it but nothing changed. I have been here at least 10 times and I will tell you they try to cheat every time. I have been here 10 times due to unfortunate reason that it is nearest to my work and house. 1) VISIT ONE - Repaired rear ended bumper with just paint. PAINT PEELED OFF IN 1.5 years only. 2) VISIT TWO - BAD STEERING on car under warranty. SENT BACK NO APPOINTMENT, no concern for customer safety 3) VISIT THREE - WITH appointment STEERING issue, sent home with steering fluid top off. ISSUE STILL THERE as I told them that pump was leaking. 4) VISIT FOUR - Returned to show bad pump again. PUMP replaced in warranty and topped off. NO other diagnosis. 5) VISIT FIVE - Returned to shop after driving for 2 minutes at 5pm. SAME ISSUE, no one is service shop only receptionist. 6) VISIT SIX - Returned to show the same bad steering. WRONGFULLY diagnose coil spring issue. Was told to wait for part for 1 week. Manager laughed at me and told me "something is rubbing thats all" 7) VISIT SEVEN - I called multiple times to check if part has arrived. No one bothered to call me. Finally after calling 3 times part arrived. Took car in and dropped it. (Andrew Forster) 8) VISIT EIGHT - Got called that my entire steering rack is bad and need to be replaced. They had the part. Kept car for 2 days. Tried to sell me new scratch repair (August 2014) 9) VISIT NINE - SAME car steering issue returned. Went to get an appointment. (Jan 2015) 10) VISIT TEN - FRANK told me that this is just a normal steering noise. Was sent home as their "FOREMAN" thinks thats just regular noise. 11) STEERING STARTED MAKING WEIRD NOISES AND NOW I AM SCARED TO DRIVE THIS CAR CAMARO 2012. Reporting this STEERING issue of stiff and whining steering to NHTSA and CHEVY HEADQUARTERS. I WILL NOT LET THEM WORK ON MY SKATEBOARD. They just push off warranty work. Complete jerks, no wonder their sales department never have any customer. I pray you go bank corrupt very soon. CHEVY needs to maintain some standards while putting their stamp on some LEMON cars or DEALERSHIP like these. Bad news for you GM, hope you lose to FORD. So much for bailout money!!!
