I went in for an inspection and was told I needed some work done in order to pass. Mark was very pleasant and friendly and seemed to just be a regular guy giving you honest opinions/ tips/ and prices. It is all a trick! He quoted me $1,000 for ball joints. I called around and found another very reputable shop locally that did it for literally half the price of what I was quoted by Mark at $500. Please do not fall for this guys tricks. Before letting him do any work just call around and see what other prices you can get for the work you need. I guarantee you will find he is extremely overpriced.
