Marshalls is a treasure hunt, its not about the "shopping experience," this isn't Nordstroms, this all about the unexpected surprised buried on the racks, if you want more go where you'll pay more. The store is well kept and as orderly as one can expect with shoppers digging through the abiss of threads! The staff is curtious but not in the way. All in all my daughters love the store.
Extremely disappointed. Accidentally left my phone at the register at closing, and was not allowed back in to get it. The manager half-heartedly glanced over the counter, but never brought me my phone. All of my priceless memories and my personal information are in that phone. I stood outside the door for at least 30 minutes, and eventually moved to a spot where I was not in eyesight of the employees. Sure enough, they came right outside. When I called out, they giggled and ran to their cars like a bunch of middle school girls. I definitely expected more from the manager in terms of customer service.
