After just wanting a quiet non pushy experience of a salesman in my face I was told if I wasn't interested I should leave the store as the managers wouldn't like it... I can now understand why I was the only customer in the store at 16:00 Thursday 25th August 2016. I guess I will be going back to sleep by numbers.

I went in to try out different mattresses and gather info so I could research at home. A mattress is a big purchase and I will not simply walk into a store, try one, and buy it w/o doing any research. I wrote down the model # of one mattress and was told I was not allowed to do that, as at that point I have become a 'shopper.' They need not worry, I would not be a 'shopper' at their establishment if THEY paid ME.
