After putting money down and waiting 2 months for my bedroom suite and being repeatedly told "it would be here Thursday". I was deployed to work out of state letting the owner know of my itinerary and that I was unable to pick the furniture up until I was back in the state. Shortly after my arrival, I received a phone call informing me that if I didn't pay the remaining balance in 7 days collections would be called. I went down the next day to pay the balance and express my discontent with the way business was handled.With CASH in hand the owner kept saying "ill just see you in court take your $ and go". After insisting that I pay the balance he took my money, gave me a receipt, and threw me out. While I was leaving he said "I have an A+ rating with the BBB". I said "I can't believe that"! The owner than follows me out the entrance and says "ill f*#king break your neck right here in this parking lot. WOW. What a way to get good reviews and more buisness! The prices are good if you are ok with getting the run around and threatened by an shady x military goon.I will gladly go to Grand Home furnishings and pay full retail before dealing with this place of business again. I recommend you do the same.
