Mattress Warehouse of Richmond - Short Pump

My wife and I bought a bed from Mattress Warehouse back in October. It has been about 2 and a half months and we are still happy with it. Prior to Mattress Warehouse we had some bad experiences with other mattress stores. I wish we had come here first as we would’ve been saved from a lot of stress, and back pain we didn’t have before. Our experience at the store was very relaxed and Ed, the salesman we were working with, really knew his mattresses and is just all around an easy going, nice guy to talk with. The BedMatch system was kind of fun. You lay down on a special mattress and the system analyzes how your body rests on it. It didn’t say exactly what mattresses were the best for us, but it gave us a good starting point, taking out some of the guesswork. My wife and I had an overall great experience at the store and I highly recommend putting it on the list of stores to visit when looking for mattresses.
