Jimmy, the service manager, helped me out with a warranty repair of my cub cadet riding lawn mower. The rear right axle was leaking. He got that fixed and did some other recommended work on the oil system. He also went ahead and sharpened the blades without me asking. The tractor was also pressure washed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. Unexpectedly, Jimmy realized he was delivering another tractor that day near my house and he decided to drop the tractor off for me. This saved me a trip back to pick it up. The best part, it costs me $0. I highly recommend the service department and remember to speak with Jimmy.

These guys are worthless. I avoid as much as possible but every once in a while I'm forced in for a part and always get the impression from the entire staff I'm interfering with them getting to their next cigarette. I don't expect to be fawned over but I do expect staff to be professional and civil. Guys in Culpeper are head and shoulders above: professional, super-helpful with hints and tips to avoid gotcha's on different repairs... prices are better too.
