Awful McDonald's and dining experience! Last two drive thru visits staff were rude and food quality was poor. Teenage crew playing around in the kitchen and texting. Both times in drive thru I was told to park my truck and waited over 5 minutes for regular menu items (no special orders) to be delivered from kitchen. No napkins or ketchup packets with order. Limited fast food options in Clarksville, VA. and a small town environment (1,200 population) only highlights the incredible deficiencies in poorly trained staff and sub par food quality at this McDonald's location. How many poor Google reviews does it take before Management will address these issues? Will not be back.
