I work in the medical field and I understand patient care and things happen and patients can ask questions to put you beind but this is not the case when you visit this med express. The doctors that work or volunteer their time here I feel as if they don't respect the patients and act as if they are being bothered by us coming in, and that they have more important things to do beside care for the sick. I was extremely sick and coming into the waiting room was just 2 people ahead of me, it took me 3 hours to be brought back and while I was waiting I walked back to the restroom and watched all the doctors and nurses just sitting around socializing, when asked how much longer they said that I could get my money back and leave or continue to wait.... safe to say if you need any medical help I would strongly advise going anywhere else but here. I truly have nothing against med express just the medical staff at his location.
