I’ve used ME Flow since 2004. Switched in 2015 after a degradation of customer service. And upon an emergency in October 2017 that began with a gas leak, I had to take what I could get in a moment’s notice. Our furnace was disassembled two weeks ago and remains that way. No heat and it’s 28 degrees outside today. Every day another excuse about ordered parts, different parts, promised calls back only to never be called back. Never the same person. It’s like calling an offshore IT help desk! And then today. Technician arrived. Heat, finally! Nope. Didn’t bring a drill bit. And had to leave for the next job and that says we’d get a call next week?!?! I have drills, bits, an entire workshop of whatever is needed. But nada. Parts sit in a box and now I shall rely on Google and YouTube to learn how to do it myself. Readers beware. Don’t bother with this company. They don’t care about you. They don’t care what you and your family are dealing with. They have grown into an unfortunately large company that can no longer care. They are the big box store now. Turn to someone local and small business. Someone who understands your situation and will work around the clock if necessary to get you the fix. I was shammed. This company may have arrived fast when they heard of a gas leak, but really all they did was take my money fast and scam me faster. Left us high and dry. The Better Business Bureau and State Attorney General are my next two phone calls...
