Merchant's Tire & Auto Centers

I've been using this location for my vehicles for years. I recently dropped my vehicle off on a Saturday for an oil change and new windshield wipers. I was unable to pick up until Sunday, but the vehicle was ready for pick up on Saturday. The gentleman I dropped off with was extremely busy, but still very friendly and efficient. The young lady I picked up from was super knowledgeable with the clients ahead of me and very courteous as well!

The staff here was very helpful and informative. They seemed to genuinely have my best interests in mind when helping me solve my problem. At some point during my drive to work, I ended up having a key stuck into my tire. Driving a 4WD vehicle I knew I was going to need all new tires. The representative who helped me researched numerous different tires, with protections for different mileages. I was very pleased with the service, and will definitely be back.
