Entered with the goal of replacing my current work boots, also a Merrell product. No reaction from the one or two employees in the store to my presence, they were too busy talking to each other to make sure all potential customer was taken care of. I left after determining that the boot I was looking for wasn't in stock...some 20 minutes later. Must be nice to collect a paycheck without actually working.
